More About Kate

Purpose: Kate is driven by the impact she makes – everything from enabling individual career journeys to solving business problems – and changing the perception of HR from being a cost center to being a strategic investment and a source of competitive advantage.

Leadership style: Kate's style is a combination of situational leadership and servant leadership.
